Today’s blog is all about healthy food.
I’ve recently been able to spend a lot more time back in the kitchen, which I’m very happy about. This is a picture of a recent dinner I made.
Zatar marinated chicken with honey roasted parsnips, broccoli, cauliflower and yellow pepper with mint yoghurt and a home made flat bread! New Yorker smoothie with kale, pear, banana almond butter.
I particularly enjoyed making the flat bread from scratch and the mix of textures in the plate, as well as providing 5 servings of fruit and veg, made my girlfriend very happy!
