New Years Inspiration: healthy food 

Hi guys, 

Here’s a food post. This week in our house we are focusing on eating as many vegetables as possible, as illustrated in last night’s dinner!

Vegetable stir fry of carrots, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, pal choi, kavelo nero, spring onions with panchetta, peanut and coconut satay sauce and whole wheat egg noodles.
